Bowling highlight

As we left the train station 9:30am Wednesday morning. It only seemed like a minute and we were already there. When we walked past the KFC takeaway I could smell the Chicken from outside. Mr Hooker's group was already there first at ten pin bowling witch had to be my group. We were all over whelmed and excited to be there . We walked in , everyone scattered around the game section.

Mrs Tui walks over , she puts us into seven groups. Lees group was first to get their shoe size. WOW! what a good fit. Off we go to sit at a table. Lees group (witch i was in) was one of the last to start their game.

Then our names appeared on the screen. Lets get our bowling balls "down there!" I said. My highest score was 32. My highlight of the day was spending time with my school mates before I leave St Pius X school. We caught the train back at 2:34 Pm. We walked back to school.

First time taking my netbook home

No one was more excited taking there net book home as me. When we arrived home I rushed straight in to the house to see if my net book worked. Turning my net book on very excited. YES! it works in the kitchen. But not any where else in the house.

IMPROVED

My experience in the water so far I have improved on my kicking in the water, and trying to control my breathing in the water. What I enjoyed most was free time so I can practice on my breathing and floating excises.

The feast of SPX

Our school, Saint Pius X had a mass on Friday. To celebrate the feast day of our patron Saint, St Pius X. I felt very special to apart of this special mass. I was doing the first reading. The opening hymn began, everyone sang. I fiddled with my fingers, I shock my foot. I changed position as I stood. It was getting closer to my turn to read. Sione Toa just finished his reading. He walked down and I walked up. We bowed together. My reading started “A reading from the book” and it went on. Not very long. It was coming to the end of my reading.
“The word of the Lord” I was going to sit down what a relief. The school carried on with the talent show. But I was so proud myself.

Holiday Fun

On the first Sunday of the holidays so many thoughts came to my head. Is the holidays going to be boring or amazing. Mum said if you want to, you can go to the movies with your cousins. Monday went past fast and Tuesday was just around the corner. I had butterfly's in my stomach. I was so overwhelmed I couldn't sleep properly that Monday night tossing and turning. I woke up movie time I said loudly, As I got ready.

In the car we go and out of the house. We are finally here Sylvia park. My cousins will meet me there at Hoyts. I and my cousins were very eager to watch cars2. As we waited we all walked around Sylvia park Rubes, jay jays says my cousins and all sorts of places. 3.30pm is when the movie starts 2.30pm back to Hoyts we go. Ready to go into the movie theater. When the movie started we stared eating the pop corn.Buttery and mushy.

My highlight was when Lightning McQueen went back to Radiator Springs to speed his time with his best friend Mater. The seats right in the front are not comfortable to sit in. After a while the movie was over out we went and my little cousin wanted to go to the toilet so we did. When we came out of Sylvia park we went home.

Puasuasive Writing

Home work is important and that’s why we need to do home work!!!!!!

Firstly because it’s good to do some learning after school. It’s nice to learn maths, reading, writing and spelling at home.

Definitely I’m not great in all my subjects, that’s why I need home work. Time for quiet, and can study better at home any way. Home work is time to not watch T.V and play around.


Home work can help people in the future. In all kinds of ways, Like me with my reading, writing,spelling and maths.

My Lazy Day

At home on the sofa. It was on Saturday morning. All I could hear were crickets out side. My mum walked into the sitting room. I was sitting there soooooo lazy. Mum said get up and clean. Just as I going to turn on the T.V. Mum said "no wait" we are going to see Auntie Sia. We all got dressed. Got out of the house. And on the road we went. We got there it was night time. I had no idea where we were. We ended up sleeping over at my aunties house.
